Meco’s aggregates business unit is one of its greatest strengths. It has 27 crushing plants distributed in five countries in the region. These are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are supplied with the best raw material on the market. Both in terms of production capacity – it has produced 70 million tons – as well as sales volume and product quality, Meco is the leader in the aggregates market.

Our plants are located in El Salvador, Nicaragua (KM 46.5, Río Claro, Rosita, El Tomate, El Macho); Costa Rica (Quepos, Nicoya, Lagarto, Aranjuez, Puente Hamaca, Santa Ana, Ciruelas, San Rafael, Perez Zeledon, Terraba, Cemex, San Carlos, Flores and Guapiles); Panama (Baco, 8 carriles, Bique, Howard, Ñaju and Gonzalillo); and Colombia (Viterbo and PAC3).
