Meco, together with the Edificar company, participated in this project as part of the ITSE Consortium. The project consisted of five buildings totaling 105,000 square meters of construction located in an area of 10 hectares. The project included an administration building equipped with an auditorium for 750 people; a parking building with capacity for 1,281 vehicles and 190 bicycles, as well as four multipurpose courts and a gym; the Faculty of Engineering and Technology equipped to teach careers such as aeronautics and aviation, among others; the Faculty of Economics and Business for careers related to that area; and the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism where careers in the cooking and hospitality area will be taught. Due to the surroundings in which it is located, the Instituto Técnico Superior del Este (Specialized Higher Technical Institute) project carried out actions that respected the environment and fauna during its construction.
