This project consisted of the construction of a drinking water treatment plant located in the Soloy Arriba community, Besikó District, to provide this vital liquid to 14 communities. The construction included a distribution system that ends at the Pan-American Highway and a set of potable water storage tanks located along the Boca del Monte-Soloy highway and in the neighboring communities of Cerro Banco and Boca de Balsa. Finally, the project included the construction of the three-phase electrical network to power the plant.
